2002-01-25 - 8:33 p.m. Some people get VERY excited about dyeing hair. I'm kind of buzzed myself, (as I sit here with gladwrap over my head and blue dye sinking in) but B, my sister's girlfriend, was really enjoying herself as she put the blue glug in. I wonder if it's just because she's younger than me, or because some people just have a hair-dyeing fixation? Hmm... - In other news, I continue to be deaf in my right ear, which is hardly news, is it, oops. Um... - I got the soundcard on my new computer working, yay. Hmm. - Oh, and I bought a plane ticket today. I am going on holiday, hooray! I mean, being a PhD student is sort of like a permanent holiday (hehe, not for much longer I bet, *groans*) but it's not the same as going away, especially when it's overseas. Hoorah! Hmm. - Hmm.
