2002-01-23 - 8:56 p.m. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHH!!!!! - My frustration at being deaf in one ear grows daily. Considering the sheer quantity of wax that I've ear-candled out, it seems unbelievable (not to mention unjust) that this should go on... I need to be able to hear! Music is such a big part of my life! Playing guitar, singing, playing w/ my sister, listening to CDs... none of them are enjoyable anymore. Fuck, that reminds me, I was meant to go see D play tonight. And I forgot. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to appreciate even if I had gone, but I should have gone anyway... I should have been able to go. D recommended a certain computer shop in Sydney to me, and I bought a new computer there yesterday. I still need to pay for it and pick it up, which I think will happen tomorrow. - In order to pay for it, I had to go down to the bank today to draw a large sum of cash from my account. When I got home, I had a strong urge to take all those bundles of notes and throw them from my bed (which is on a raised platform) all over the floor of my room, just because... just because the idea of literally "throwing money around" appeals to me I guess. It's not often you get the oppurtunity to treat it with the contempt it deserves. Also, my room would look cool with notes scattered randomly all over the floor... at least I think it would.
